SVQ Assessor Trainer

North Edinburgh Childcare is one of the premier providers of high quality, affordable childcare and education services in Edinburgh and is known for its community based approach to delivering accredited childcare training. • Hours: 35.75 hours per week (Mon-Fri, will include some weekends and evenings)
• Salary: £21,548.78 - £23,545.33.46 per annum

We are looking to recruit a SVQ Assessor / Trainer to assist us in the delivery of our Modern Apprenticeship and SVQ Level 2 / 3 Social Services Children & Young People Award programmes, our Childcare Academy initiative and our successful Short Course training programme.

Applicants must possess a childcare qualification at SVQ Level 3 / HNC or above, hold a clean driving licence and have use of their own vehicle. Assessors Awards (D32 & D33 / A1/L&D9S1) are desirable but not essential as successful applicant will be given the opportunity to undertake the necessary qualification if required.
