Purchasing

Press the add to cart button for anything you wish to buy. As these are all digital downloads, each product can only be added to the shopping cart once.

You can see what is in your cart by pressing the shopping cart button, this will appear at the top right of your screen after you have added products. You will need to scroll to the top of your screen if using a mobile device.

The shopping cart will have a checkout button that takes you to the checkout page.

Once you have made a purchase you will receive an email confirming your purchase, this email also acts as your receipt. The email will also contain a download link to access your files. Please be patient when clicking the download link, it can sometimes take 10-20 seconds to create your download depending on how many purchases you have made.

Please also check your spam folder for this email.

Policies

Policies can be purchased individually, or in bundles. Bundles make policies cheaper.

.zip Files

All purchased come as a zip (compressed) file. These are common files you can extract on your computer. If you are unfamiliar with zip files then information can be found by searching 'how to open zip files' in your browser. Or follow these instructions:

Mac

Double-click the .zip file.

The unzipped item appears in the same folder as the .zip file.

Windows

Open File Explorer and find the .zip file.

To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
