Policy and research

It's time for our School Age Childcare Workforce survey 2025. Our survey has been conducted annually for more than 15 years and it is the definitive information and data resource about the school age childcare (SAC) workforc​e in Scotland.

In this survey we are looking at pay, conditions, and wellbeing. All answers are treated in strictest confidence and anonymised in the final collated results.
