Introduction to STEM activities¬†for Out of School¬†Care Workers
The course aims to increase your skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver STEM activities to your service users by focusing on fun indoor and outdoor activities relating to: Forensics; Colour; The Human Body; Engineering.¬†
Location: Glasgow Clyde College, Langside campus, 50 Prospecthill Road, Glasgow G42 9LB¬†
Start date: Friday 1 December 2017¬†
Duration: 10 weeks from 9.45am- 12.45pm
(Please note the final 4 sessions will take place on a Monday)
Eligibility: This course is aimed at practitioner staff in out of school care services. Please note, places are limited so we can only offer a place to one member of staff per organisation. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.¬†
Cost: You will be supplied with all the materials you will need in a course Kit Bag. The course is free however a deposit of ¬£50 is payable towards¬† the kit bag.¬†
